Coral's Lifestyle Fitness Program/Gym Membership Includes:

  • An initial Nutritional Evaluation with one of our nutritional experts, where our experts will perform:
    • Girth measurements

      • Lean mass vs Fat mass
      • Total body hydration
      • BMI
      • Basil Metabolic rate

  • A follow-up appointment with one of our nutritional experts each month where you once again have girth measurements and Bio-Impedance analysis testing.

In today's day and age, everyone looks for a quick fix when it comes to losing weight or getting into shape. People often approach us asking, "What am I missing? What do I need to do to lose weight?" Unfortunately, there isn't a quick fix or single answer to weight loss. It's usually a combination of different fitness and lifestyle approaches.
 
Advertising and marketing companies will push the newest fad - "try this diet", "take this pill" "go to a boot camp" etc. While these fads offer a quick fix, you will start to notice that as the diet ends, the pills run out, or the boot camp is over, your commitment and dedication also runs out. In the end, the weight will creep back usually worse than before.and your diet habits will go out the window!
 
Coral offers more than a quick fix. Coral offers an opportunity. This opportunity begins with a complete lifestyle change. Because weight loss involves a number of important factors unique to each person, we strive to create and sustain an individualized lifestyle fitness plan. This plan involves maximizing gym time to burn as many calories as possible and to exercise properly and efficiently. In doing so, we incorporate personal training and guidance into each workout. Our new lifestyle program offers two intensive and interactive personal training sessions each month. These sessions are included in the monthly membership.
 
Research has shown that working with a personal trainer improves your chances of reaching your fitness goals by up to 80 percent! A personal trainer is important because he or she will create a program specifically designed to meet your fitness goals, and is in line with your body's limitations. Having a personal trainer by your side provides motivation and commitment that's needed to maintain focus on your fitness goals. Also, having accountability to your trainer may mean the difference between staying home and forcing yourself to go to the gym.
 
Personal safety is incredibly important! We begin all exercise programs with an individualized health assessment to determine your strengths, weaknesses and limitations. In addition, you will have a benchmark from where you can base your success. Your personal trainer will provide you with guidance on exercising properly and preventing injury associated with improper technique. In addition to personal training, the new Coral Fitness & Lifestyle Program includes an important nutritional component.
 
There are many misconceptions about "proper nutrition" habits. Common diets lead to weightloss, however that weightloss tends to be more muscle than body fat. When we lose muscle, our bodies become less efficient and therefore more susceptible to body fat gain. In order to prevent this, our First Line Therapy Program (included in the membership) is specifically designed to encourage body fat loss and muscle mass gain! Our lifestyle educators will design a customized lifestyle plan including a nutrition, supplement, and stress relief component. You will then meet monthly with your lifestyle educator to discuss your lifestyle journal and perform measurements (including bio-impedance analysis) to determine your success.
