Here at Coral Fitness we pride ourselves on having Windsor Ontario's best personal training program. Our personal training program includes a complete health and wellness analysis including: girth measurements, weight & height, Bio-Impedance analysis, flexibility testing, muscular strength and endurance testing, and a lifestyle analysis.
 
Your certified personal trainer will design a program specifically tailored to your own fitness goals and needs, using weight machines, free weights, mat exercises, stability ball, bosu ball, body coach & stretching, all of which will be incorporated into your personal training program.
 
Clients can train up to 3 times a week for 30min or 1 hour with a personal trainer. These personal training sessions can be shared with (up to) 2 other clients at the same time or they can be one-on-one exclusively with a personal trainer.
 
Follow-up assessments & program changes will be made every 6-12 weeks at your request. The best part is you have 24 hour access to your personal trainer for any of your questions via email.

A lot of the time a person thinks to him or herself, "Why do I need a personal trainer, I can do it myself". Here at Coral, we believe there are many reasons why a person should enroll in personal training.

Safety: Personal safety is incredibly important, and we do not want it to be jeopardized by having clients exercise without any guidance. Our Personal Trainers will educate you on how to exercise in ways which will not only help you to achieve good results, but also prevent injury. Based on your heath assessment, we will create a program that will help you with your current problems, and as well as taking a preventative approach to eliminate potential future problems.


Seeing Results: Many studies have demonstrated that working with a Personal Trainer produces an 80% increase in achieving fitness goals. A personal trainer can create a program specifically designed to meet your fitness goals and that works best for your body. All programs are unique and individualized since we stress the importance of each person's own unique fitness history.


Direction: What exercises should I do first? How much cardio should I do? How long should my breaks be? What is my range of motion for this exercise? What is a superset? How do I increase stability? Does this sound familiar? When working with a certified personal trainer, all of these questions will be answered along with others in an effort to guide you in the right direction to achieve the best results that you can achieve.


Motivation: This is sometimes the most overlooked reason for Personal Training. Staying motivated and on track is the key to becoming healthier and achieving your fitness goals. Our Personal Trainers will give you the guidance as well as the motivation that you need in a way that nobody else will. They will help you realize that the dreams you have can and will become a reality as long as you work at it.


Accountability: Have you ever thought to yourself, "I think I'll skip the gym today, nobody will notice?". Well, when having a personal trainer, it will be noticed! Having somebody to be accountable to can make all the difference. When you have a scheduled appointment with one of our trainers who is counting on you, it can be the difference between staying home and forcing yourself to go to the gym.
