We will gladly replace any item damaged during shipping and send you a brand new version of the same item once the damaged item is returned to us. We will also cover the cost of shipping the damaged item(s) back when the items are sent via regular mail.

 

Unopened, unused products in the original packaging may be returned for any reason within three weeks of purchase. Please note that returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. In addition, if you were given free shipping on the original order, that shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

 

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened and/or used.
