Bookings

To ensure that you receive the most convenient appointment time, we recommend that you make your reservations well in advance. As a courtesy to our guests, a guest service associate will call to confirm your appointment the night before. If you wish not be notified please inform guest services at the time of booking. Please note that for any combination of services over 1.5 hours in length or any consultation, a credit card is required at the time of booking.

Spa Cancellation Policy

Treatments are available by appointment only. In order to accommodate our guests and their schedules, we ask that you please notify us as soon as possible if your plans have changed. We require 24 hours for a booking cancellation. Clients that provide less than 24 hours notice for cancellation or do not show up for the appointment will be charged a missed appointment fee. The fee is equivalent to 50% of the service or $20 for consultations. All missed appointment fees will be charged to the credit card on file. For any questions and concerns please ask to speak with a manager.

Promptness

To ensure that your appointment will start at the appropriate time, we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late can result in a shorter appointment time or an incomplete service, as we must complete your treatment in time to allow the next scheduled booking to start promptly.
